Review Main Campus and Add Campus Locations

Verify Main Campus and create every additional location included in your Vigilant plan.

A new church account starts with Main Campus. Review that location first, then add each additional campus your plan supports.

Review Main Campus

  1. Open Church Admin and scroll to Campuses.
  2. Find Main Campus in the campus list and select Manage campus, or open its name. View campus opens the record for accounts with read-only access.
  3. Review the campus name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, timezone, and phone number.
  4. Select Edit, correct any missing information, and select Save.
Choose the correct timezone for every location. Vigilant uses it when displaying service times and attendance activity.

Add another campus

  1. Return to Church Admin and select Add Campus in the Campuses section. Use Find a campus or location and the Needs details filter to review existing locations before creating another.
  2. Enter a clear Campus name, such as Downtown, North or Riverside.
  3. Enter the required street address, city, state, ZIP code, and timezone. Add a campus phone number if one is available.
  4. Select Add campus and wait for confirmation. The location appears in the campus list; open Manage campus to continue its setup.
  5. Open the new campus and add campus contacts, areas, and security leaders as needed.

If you cannot add another campus

Your current plan may have reached its campus limit. Open Church Admin and review Billing before changing your plan.

Saved setup campuses and active locations

If you use guided setup, an incomplete saved campus can remain a draft until its required information is completed and it is activated. Confirm that it appears in Church Admin as an operational campus before assigning people or scheduling services there. Review the current plan limit before activating additional locations.

Changing a campus address or timezone does not automatically assign members to that campus. Check the local timezone against the service times your team expects, especially when your church has locations in different timezones.
