Use this dedicated form to start a verified, reviewed deletion request. You do not need to sign in.
What happens next
- 1. Verify your email. The single-use link expires after 24 hours. Unverified requests expire after seven days.
- 2. We investigate. We confirm identity, ownership, memberships, billing, integrations, files, and applicable retention requirements.
- 3. We fulfill or explain. We target completion or a documented retention decision within 28 calendar days of verification.
What deletion covers
Personal deletion applies across every Vigilant church membership and removes credentials, MFA, sessions, push registrations, contact details, avatars, preferences, and personal content. Whole-church deletion also cancels Vigilant billing, disconnects local integrations, removes uploaded assets, and deletes church-scoped records.
Records we may retain. Legal, security, fraud-prevention, financial, or dispute obligations may require limited retention. Where operational records must remain, we remove personal references and copied identifiers and use neutral “Deleted user” attribution. Backups are removed as their applicable retention periods expire.
Billing, ownership, and cancellation
Personal deletion is blocked while you are the sole owner of a church. Transfer ownership first or request whole-church deletion. Whole-church processing cancels Vigilant billing. You may cancel a request by contacting privacy@vigilantchurch.com until processing begins.
