Campus Maps

Read and Save Campus Maps

Find published campus plans, inspect map points, and save a mobile reference for use without a connection.

Campus Maps provides a shared reference for posts, exits, first aid, routes and reunification points. Your church must have maps available, and your role must have View Campus Maps. Individual points can have additional role visibility. A shared link does not bypass those restrictions.

Find a location

  1. Open Campus Maps in the web navigation or the Maps entry in an updated iPhone or Android build.
  2. Confirm the campus, then choose the building and level.
  3. Select a marker or use the searchable Points or All map points list. The list provides an alternative to interacting with the plan.
  4. Read the point's name, notes and any radio channel, volunteer count or evacuation destination.
  5. Use layers to simplify the view, drag to pan, and use zoom or Fit to inspect the plan.

Maps do not track your location or show who is currently on duty. A nearest exit or AED is based on straight-line plan distance, not a verified walking route. Use your church's approved routes and procedures.

Save a level on your phone

On iPhone, select Save level offline. On Android, select Save for offline. Wait for Download complete or Saved for offline before relying on the copy. The saved level includes its plan image and the points your account was authorized to see.

Save each needed level while connected. When the app shows an offline reference, check its last refresh time. The copy can be outdated and cannot detect changed permissions while fully disconnected. Reconnect to refresh before service when possible.

Sign-out, account or church changes, removed maps and revoked access can clear saved copies. Use Remove offline copy or Remove offline map when you no longer need a saved level. Saving Maps does not make training responses, new checklist starts or other operations work offline.

Share or print

Use the map's Share link control on mobile, or copy the selected-point page address on the web. The recipient must sign in and have access to that map and point.

Web Print pack and Download PDF include the published levels for the selected campus, with the authorized points, legends and tables. On-screen layer choices do not limit the pack. Review the updated date and scope before sharing. Native apps share reader links; create print/PDF packs on the web.

Missing maps, points or images

Confirm the campus, building, level and layer filters. Ask a map manager whether the level is published and your role is included for the point. If the image fails, available authorized point details may still be readable, but refresh the plan before relying on its layout.

Map creation, editing and publishing stay on the web. See Create and Publish Campus Maps.
