How to Add a Team Member

Invite a new person to your church security team in Vigilant Church.

Use this guide when you are inviting a new person into the app.

Before you start

In the app, the ability to add people depends on role and church permission settings.

If you do not see the add or invite flow, ask a church admin or director to check your access.

Add a team member

1. Open **Team**.

2. Start the add or invite flow.

3. Enter the person’s full name.

4. Enter their email address.

5. Choose the role.

6. Choose the campus if your church uses campus assignments.

7. Send the invitation.

Invite Sent

After you send the invitation:

- the person completes the setup-password flow from their email

- they sign in with their own account

- you can review their details from **Team**
